An RV bunk ladder is only designed for the interior of an RV for bunk beds, and due to that it doesn't have a way that will safely be able to mount to the exterior of an RV or have bottom support legs. So what I recommend instead is the Stromberg Carlson RV Exterior Ladder # LA-401.

I believe you are referring to the studs on the back wall of your RV being 15 inches on center. If this is the case, the standoffs included with the Surco Universal Exterior RV Ladder # SP502L will not be able to be install at a distance wider than the ladder itself which is 12 inches. This width is pretty standard for RV exterior ladders so we do not carry a ladder that is 15" wide.

Since the ladder is adjustable by cutting the bottom of the ladder legs you could also just install it a little higher so that it sits without shims. You could then use the Ladder Extension # LA-148, which is 48" long, to reach the ladder.

Your trailer should have vertical supports to which you could attach a ladder. Finding them though might take a little work. If you cannot see any evidence of support beams from underneath the back looking up then to be sure you would want to pull a piece of siding off to see if they are more easily visible.
